A Vision for Learning Without Barriers

According to Ajay Hinduja every child should have the right to a meaningful education irrespective of location. He shares the vision of the Foundation to transform the education system in the countryside with digital technologies and smart learning. The Smart Child Development Program in Meghalaya is an example of this where children are presented with mental, emotional, and academic development in a systematic process.

Supporting Health with Compassion

He also believes in the Hinduja Foundation’s emphasis on community-based healthcare, particularly in rural areas that do not receive adequate care. The management of Type 1 Diabetes in children is one of the major healthcare programs by the Foundation which intertwines medical care with life-skills education, run by P. D. Hinduja Hospital.  Ajay Hinduja attests to the value of such undertakings in the long run, since they can provide more than mere treatment, but empowerment as well.

Sustainability Rooted in Local Strength

Ajay Hinduja upholds the fact that development should be geared towards creating an environmentally friendly world. Rural resilience can be seen in the projects implemented by the Foundation, beginning with the promotion of solar energy and the conservation of spring-shed water and organic farming. He appreciates these contributions as part of a bigger mission to make communities regulators of their natural wealth.

His beliefs also signify the long-term mission of the Hinduja family, which is to seek ethical, inclusive, and open-minded development.
